God always knows what we need so long before we know we need it.

And so it was when a faithless, non-church going person such as myself was invited to participate in the music ministry in 1988 simply because I played guitar and sang. I was told “they needed me”.

Not so. I needed them, I needed God. He surely saved me from super dark paths unknown when these two lovely souls were taken back home to heaven on August 21, 1990. Frankly, I don’t know where I would be today if not for that “invitation” to church.

So, for whatever reason you feel you are part of this amazing Music Ministry, I say to you with all respect…you only know the part of it.

Always trust that God has you exactly where He wants you. And I know we are very grateful.
